Hello!
This is part two of my six part series on the causes of homosexuality. Today’s topic: God. Does God cause homosexuality in someone?
God is intertwined into our lives. Planning every microsecond of our lives: from consecption to adolescence to middle age to death. God also heavily influences our embriotic genetic makeup, says most religious conservatives.
If God controls the embriotic genetic makeup, why on earth would he want to deliberately make someone turn into a homosexual?
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither … nor effeminate … shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
That was a snippet from I Corinthians 6:9-11 that talks about effeminate men not being allowed into heaven. “Effeminate”, as defined by the American Heritage Dictionary, is “having qualities or characteristics more often associated with women than men” and “characterized by weakness and excessive refinement.” This word in the scripture is speaking specifically of males, homosexual males, who are the submissive partners in the relationship.
But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but … for them that defile themselves with mankind …
This a part of the bible that somehow mentions homosexuality. This verses I Timothy 1:8-10 explained in by the English Standard Version of the bible says that the law is not made for the just but for the homosexual man, among others. In order words, homosexual men are not getting into heaven.
I just fed you two bible verses with explanations on why God hates homosexuals. I officially cross God off the list of possibilities.
Keep in mind, all of these posts will be my personal view on this subject. Comments contradicting me is defiantly welcomed and encouraged, I won’t bite.
Next week’s discussion will jump to the biological sector of this debate: hormones and how they may affect homosexuality. I definatly think if you are anticipating the next part [which will be much longer in length because I have a lot more knowledge of the subject], please please please subscribe to my blog by using one of the links on the homepage’s sidebar entitled “Subscribe Me!” You can have posts e-mailed to you as they are posted, you can add my blog to your Google or Yahoo! homepages, you can even have a text message sent to you when I update my blog!
God. Hormones. Life Events. Choice.

Oh, and he said that God did not make a person a homo either. He said it was a choice that a person makes…
